The extrusion plant consists of two major presses that can produce approximately 450 metric tons per month at normal capacity and its performance can be further increased to as high as 550 metric tons.
The plant is completely self-supporting with its own extrusion die manufacturing and billet casting facilities.
It also has a full range of stretching, cutting, ageing, and coiling equipment that enables the facility to meet the rigid product specifications for a wide range of end-product applications.
 
Our Profile Finishing Facility includes Anodizing, Powder coating, and PVDF (Fluorocarbon), which offers a complete range of painted surface finishes.
Hooven's painting facility can produce the standard pantone colors and various wood grain and stone custom high quality painted surface finishes.
Hooven's anodizing facility offers anodic surface of black, bronze, and silver colors, and can produce a complimentary selection of finishes of etched, buffed, polished, sanded, and fine line brushed surfaces.
